SHIPPING


Repulxe ships internationally to most major cities via DHL list of countries.
Within Malaysia, orders will be shipped using GD Express.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


Confirmation and Processing

Within 48 hours (or 2 business days) of placing your order, you will receive an email advising your order has been shipped. If you have not received a confirmation email after 48 hours, please contact our customer service. Kindly note that additional processing time may be required during festive seasons and sales periods.


Tracking numbers & Delivery time

Once an order has been shipped, an email with order details and tracking number will be sent. For international tracking purpose, please visit the DHL website. For tracking within Malaysia, please visit the GD express website. Please allow up to 10 business days for international delivery and up to 5 business days for delivery within Malaysia.

For international orders, Repulxe takes no responsibility for any extra charges incurred due to taxes. Please also note that delivery may be delayed by customs clearance procedures.

Repulxe will not be responsible for any damaged or lost items during delivery. In any case of failed delivery where item cannot be delivered, please follow the instructions provided by the relevant postal service company to resend or pick up your items. Repulxe will not be responsible for any extra charges imposed by postal service companies.
