In the case of faults or defects on an item received, please notify customer service immediately to start the claims evaluation process. Garments with damaged or missing tags cannot be claimed. Once a claim has been approved, Repulxe will bear the cost of the return shipping fee and, on receipt of the item, dispatch an identical one. If the garment is no longer available, a full refund will be made via the same payment method used. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process depending on the payment gateway or financial service provider.
Please note that Repulxe will take no liability for faults or defects that we are not notified of within 7 days of customer receipt of goods.
Repulxe does not allow for returns in the case of incorrect sizing or a change of mind. Please make use of our size guide. We always do our best to provide the most accurate color on our website, but please be aware that device display screens can alter colors slightly.
